A very warm welcome awaits you on this fun day out! Every Monday (excluding Bank Holidays) we meet from 1000-1430 in the Village Hall. The Club is open to any member of the community aged over 60 who enjoys plenty of fun and good company.

The day can be as relaxed as you wish but, after tea and biscuits, there are various morning activities including gentle exercises, fun games, art & craft, knitting, scrabble, dominoes or whatever takes your fancy! This is followed by a delicious two course hot lunch which is lovingly prepared at the Centre. In the afternoon we are treated to a variety of speakers, musical entertainment, or we might be enjoying quizzes, bingo, or bowling. The day concludes with tea and cakes.

No doctor's referral is needed to join this friendly group and you are very welcome to pop in and see us at any time or contact our secretary Jane on 01865 882924.

We should also like to hear from anyone who would like to be a volunteer helper or who could assist with some fundraising ideas, as government funding for day centres has now been withdrawn.
