OUR COORDINATOR
We're delighted that Amanda Reading is our Coordinator; she started her post in March 2025 and, with our merry band of volunteers, she delivers a wonderful programme for our members. We look forward to another year of camaraderie, activities, good food and, most importantly, lots of fun and laughter!
SPORT ENGLAND SPONSORSHIP!
We're excited to announce that our seated exercise programme is now being sponsored by Sport England (via the Lottery Fund)!
We have a qualified instructor (Vicky) now in place and we are updating our equipment. Thank you Sport England - we'll try to do you proud!

All systems go!
We're now happily 'up and running' with full-day programmes and the ever popular two course lunch, kindly prepared by Stuart and Daniela from the Jolly Sportsman.
Numbers are strong and there is currently a waiting list in place. However, do contact us to discuss any availability.
Fees for members have been frozen at £10 per session which includes all activities, entertainment and lunch - fantastic value. Couples can join us for £15.
